At TAPC, we value:

People first — lived experience, empathy, and authenticity are strengths here
Growth and ownership — team members are encouraged to take initiative and shape
programs, not just execute tasks
Flexibility and balance — we understand real life, health needs, and competing
priorities
Meaningful impact — your work is visible, valued, and felt by the community we serve

Our team culture is collaborative, supportive, and purpose-driven, and we take pride in
building an organization where people feel trusted, respected, and motivated by the mission
