Join us for a one-day event featuring four podcast panel sessions focusing on topics relevant to young people with rheumatic conditions. This unique gathering offers a valuable opportunity to learn, connect, and engage with peers, patients, and healthcare professionals.

We will spotlight the often-overlooked experiences of individuals living with invisible disabilities, emphasizing healthcare access, transitioning from pediatric to adult care, and the latest research. The event will include guided discussions by both physicians and patients, fostering an environment of education, connection, and empowerment.

A Comprehensive Community Experience

This free event will bring together youth, young adults, caregivers, healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and researchers to explore the challenges of living with rheumatic diseases. Through rheumatologist panels, patient-led discussions, and a research and innovation showcase, attendees will gain practical strategies for managing chronic conditions, improving care for young adults, and strengthening patient-provider relationships. Healthcare professionals will gain firsthand insight into patient experiences and gaps in transitioning from pediatric to adult rheumatology, leaving with a deeper understanding of patient needs and strategies to enhance care, communication, and support.
