Light it Blue 2025

What is Light it Blue and WORD Day?

Each year for World yOung Rheumatic Disease Day (WORD Day), Take a Pain Check Foundation lights up landmarks across the globe Blue during the month of March to raise awareness and demonstrate solidarity for young people affected by rheumatic diseases.

For the first time ever, this year included a virtual option! There was a live stream so anyone who couldn't attend in person could view the Niagara Falls light up blue virtually.
