Joint Chat Rheum
The Joint Chat Rheum is a program focused on building a community and making connections at a personal level.
Led by ambassadors and executives (teens and young adults with rheumatic diseases), hangouts will take place on a monthly basis via Zoom. Sessions will resume in Jan 2024. Sign up on our mailing list to get notified!
Members will also get access to our Discord community platform to continue conversations with the Take a Pain Check community and their new friends!

How does it work?
Each session will be one hour long and will involve team building exercises, discussing relevant topics, asking questions, participating in game & activity nights and much more.
Before each session, an itinerary will be released for members. This will be a comfortable space where members will be able to share their experiences, discuss topics that are most relevant to them and hear from others their age.
